How can I contact you?

If you have a problem and want to contact us you can send a ticket to our support team. You can do this on Android by pressing the "+" button on the bottom right of this screen. On IOS you can use the "contact us" button on the top right of this screen.

I'm having trouble logging into my account.

We are sorry you have experienced this issue, but don't worry we'll be able to help you reclaim your account! Please send a ticket to our support team and we should have you wrestling again in no time! 

I'm stuck on the 'foxglove' loading screen.

Sorry you're having difficulties playing the game. The game will hang on the loading screen if it cannot make a connection to our servers for any reason. If it works elsewhere and not on your home network, it may be due to your wifi router settings or a firewall on the network. We recommend you check that the internet is working for other applications as well.

I made a purchase but I never received my goods or I was charged the wrong amount.

We are very sorry you have experienced this issue, please email our support team with the purchase confirmation email you received from Apple or Google. Our support team will investigate exactly what went wrong with the purchase and will credit the appropriate goods to your account.

How do I promote my wrestlers?

To promote a wrestler, you need to get them to their maximum level (which varies depending on how many stars they have) by using the training screen in the gym; and you also need to equip three pieces of gear on the wrestler. When you have fulfilled the gear and level requirements for your wrestler, go to the wrestler info screen (find the wrestler in "My Wrestlers" in the gym and tap their image), and you can promote from the 'Profile' tab there.

How come some wrestlers have ability level greater than 20?

There are special gear items given as rewards during special events that can give bonuses including improving all of the wrestler’s abilities.

How can you set a hero wrestler and what can you do with it?

You can set a hero wrestler by going to your gym and tapping on the wrestler that you want to set as your hero. On the profile tab on the top left there is a green button with two hands; tap this to set the wrestler as your hero. Your hero wrestler will be your starting wrestler for friend versus friend matches, and will also be the wrestler your friends can call for help in the single player matches.

How can I reset my account?
