How do belts work?
Belts are earned by finishing any boss match in any of the championships that come after “1. Wellfield Championship”. Replaying the match will always grant a belt, which allows players to farm the belts they want by finishing the same match as they want.
Belts are used to increase a wrestler speed, attack or health depending on the type of the belt. The amount gained by equipping a belt depends on the belt level, belts obtained by defeating stronger bosses found in later championships will always be higher than the belts dropped by the weaker ones.
Is there a limit of belts I can equip?
There is no limit for the amount of belts that a wrestler can hold. There is however, a limit to how much stronger a wrestler can get. So once a wrestler has reached their maximum potential he won’t be able to equip any belt that would increase that specific stat.
Should I equip high value belts instead of low value ones?
The type of belt you equip your wrestler with does not matter since there are no limits to the amount of belts that can held. If the maximum attack of a wrestler is 50, you can either equip five +10 attack belts or ten +5 attack belts, the result would be the same.
Note that once the wrestler reaches its maximum potential he will not grow any further regardless of the belt being equipped, so if the maximum attack of a wrestler is 50 and he already has 49, equipping a +10 attack belt will have the same effect as equipping a +1 attack belt. When equipping a belt the amount of points that it will increase for that specific stat will be displayed, if the number is shown in red it means that the belt provides more points than the wrestler can gain. Therefore, to reduce the waste of high level belts pay attention to the values that are being applied to your wrestler and save the low level belts to finish the remaining few points at the current stat.
If I promote my wrestler will I lose the belts currently equipped on them?
No, the belts you equip on a wrestler are not lost when they get promoted.
@John Grimes:
However, after the promotion the maximum potential of the wrestler increases allowing you to equip even more belts than it has already been equipped.
What are the best levels to get belts?
Even though higher levels will grant better belts, the fastest way to farm belts are on the following levels, for they can be finished quickly.
@Guilherme Barros
6-2 for Speed Belts
7-3 for Attack Belts
9-5 for Health Belts
If the higher levels are too difficult, it is also advisable to just do all 3 belts from level 6, “Lost Angels.”
